Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message or email with tracking details.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 4–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: Up to 7–10 business days

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
In some cases, we may offer free shipping during promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can track your shipment in real time.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
