Refund policy

At Perfumzy, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in packaging and delivering our products. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • A product is missing from the order

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include unboxing video or clear photos as proof

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference
  • Opened or used perfume bottles

3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or video of the product
  • Unboxing video (if available)

4. Replacement / Refund

If your return request is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Shipping for Returns

If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect product, we will arrange return pickup at no extra cost.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
